| Welcome to D. Celestine Limited online, and thank you for your interest! I would like to take this opportunity to you to tell you a
little more about me and my passion for jewelry design. |
Since childhood, I've always had a strong interest in arts & crafts, like drawing, painting,
and beading. In fact, when I was about 12, I started my first jewelry "company," which I called "Beedz."
At the time, my summer days were spent at the local ice skating rink where I was taking figure skating lessons. In between practice, I designed necklaces, bracelets, and anklets using small, glass beads called "seed beads."
I sold these items to fellow figure skaters, their families, and even guests of the skating rink. Although the company only lasted one summer, my passion for beading did not fade with the end of my first company. |

After graduating college, I searched for a craft to satisfy my creative urges - it was at this time I returned to beading. I began creating jewelry with glass beads and pewter components, but I quickly upgraded to a superior level
of materials, including Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, and components of sterling silver. Due to the popularity of my jewelry with friends and family, I decided to start my first real jewelry business so
I could offer my collection to other people. D. Celestine Limited
incorporated in 2005, and this web site was created soon after to help me share my designs with people I
could not normally reach.
I enjoy relaxing in my town home, putting together new
pieces by incorporating my inspirations from fashion and the world
around me into my jewelry designs. I am constantly on the look out
for new & unique stones and colors that I can utilize in my latest
pieces, as well as, new methods I can apply to my work. I take pride in not only my jewelry collections, but also the quality of
craftsmanship I infuse into each piece.
