| D Celestine offers FREE USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING with "Delivery Confirmation."
If you need an order expedited, or simply prefer a different shipping method, I'm happy to accommodate you - please just
contact me, prior to placing your order, at
orders@dcelestine.com or via the "Contact Us" page. Packages usually are shipped 1-4 business days after receiving payment/payment
clears, but may take 5-7. Once the package is shipped, transit time is usually 3-6 days, although USPS does not guarantee a delivery
time period on First Class packages. Please remember that shipping may be delayed around the holidays. D Celestine Limited is not responsible for lost or damaged
packages. At this time, we only ship to the United States for the aforementioned shipping policy. For shipment out of the US, please contact us first at

| D. Celestine uses only high quality materials, including Swarovski
crystals, freshwater pearls, and semiprecious gemstones. All
components are sterling silver or 14K/20 gold-filled, unless otherwise specified.
We use "Accu-flex Silver Quality" beading wire for all strung designs. All jewelry is tested for strength and thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. |

| Gift certificates are now available at D Celestine Limited. You can redeem these for any purchase, including
online orders and purchases made at craft shows. These are not redeemable for cash - please use the full balance. To redeem gift certificate,
simple place online order as normal and contact me via the "Contact Us"
Page with your name and
gift certificate number and I will send you a rebate in the amount of your gift certificate (unless your order is for less than the gift certificate amount). Or,
you can contact me via the "Contact Us"
Page with the items you are interested in purchasing, and I'll send you a Paypal invoice for the discounted amount.

Returns may be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Customer must notify D. Celestine Limited and get authorization for return prior to shipping back any items.
Returned items must be shipped
in original packaging within 5 days of authorization. Any items received without authorization or improperly packaged will be returned to sender. Customer pays for any shipping charges
for the return, and we recommend that you
insure any items you return, as D. Celestine is not responsible for any items lost in the mail. Any items returned must be unaltered, unworn, and undamaged – we do not accept used merchandise.
D. Celestine also charges a standard 15% restocking fee on all properly returned merchandise. Returns/refunds cannot be made for custom orders.
To help prevent the need for returns, all designs have photos and detailed text description.
Should you have any questions or need any additional information prior to placing an order, please do not hesitate to contact us

If you believe you have received a piece of jewelry that is broken, you may send it back to D. Celestine Limited
to be fixed, but you must follow the above authorization request
and shipping/return requirements listed above. Returns to be
fixed must be shipped within 5 days of authorization. We will return any jewelry we receive without
authorization or improperly packaged. Additionally, we recommend you insure your package - we are not responsible
for lost packages. Upon receiving the jewelry, we will inspect the piece. If the breakage is found to be our fault, we will fix the piece for free. Otherwise, we will fix the jewelry for a minimum fee of $5 for
earrings, $10 for bracelets/anklets and $15 for necklaces. Additional charges will depend on materials required and amount of time required to complete the fix. |

| Due to color variation from computer to computer, some colors displayed on your monitor may look
different from actual color of bead, stone, glass, crystal, etc. Images are not necessarily displayed in real size - many
images are enlarged to show details of jewelry design. I try my best to make my photographs proper representations of the actual designs.

| Please keep jewelry away from children, small pets, etc. Please do not wear your jewelry
in water, including: the shower, the pool, etc.
